At Game Over Videogames, we clean and test all of our inventory to the best of our abilities. If for any reason an item purchased is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for an identical item if we are notified of the defect within 14 days of you receiving the product. If an identical item is not available, then store credit will be issued. Due to the nature of the used video games business, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
