Return Policy-
We do not offer refunds, however, we always clean and test all of our inventory to the best of our abilities. If for any reason an item purchased is found to be defective, it may be exchanged for an identical item if we are notified of the defect within 14 days of you receiving the product. If an identical item is not available, then store credit will be issued. Due to the nature of the used video games business, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please keep in mind that with retro games & consoles, many are now antiques and 20, 30, or 40+ years old...and sometimes multiple styles/colors/labels exist for certain items. Therefore, stock photos are often used on our website to eliminate multiple listings for the same item. If you desire a particular version, color, label, condition, etc., or would like to see a pic of the exact item you'll receive, please email us BEFORE purchasing at info@gameovervideogames.com, and we'll be happy to help. Unless otherwise noted, all items we sell will be in GOOD, USED, and WORKING condition, but are NOT going to be "mint", "perfect", or "new/sealed" unless specifically stated.
Return Procedure-
In the event that you receive a defective item from us, please email us within 14 days at returns@gameovervideogames.com . We can often walk you through a few cleaning/testing maneuvers by phone or email which may be all that is needed. If something does need to be exchanged, you will need to ship it back to us at:
We do NOT cover the cost of return shipping, however, once we receive and test the product to verify the issue, if we cannot fix it, we will gladly replace it with an identical item and ship it back to you at our expense. If no identical replacement can be found, then we will offer store credit towards a future purchase. Again, thanks for understanding that we do not offer refunds.
